1. Digital Products (Templates, Photographs & Other Downloads)

• All sales of digital products are final.

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

• Before purchasing, please ensure that your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided.

• If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken file or download error), please contact me within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

2. Customized Templates & Design Services

For custom design projects:

• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If you cancel the project before significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion.

  • No refunds will be provided once the final files have been delivered.

• In the event that I am unable to complete the project for unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Double Payments & Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment), please contact me immediately. Verified errors will be fully refunded.
